International Shipping Information

• We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service).
  For items middle size or smaller, orders can be completed online, and shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system.
  For items large size or larger, please contact us in advance via the inquiry form.
  
  
• Orders are usually shipped within approximately one week from the order date.
  Please note that shipping may take longer during year-end and New Year holidays or Japanese public holidays.
  
  
• Depending on the item’s contents, size, or shape, the automatically calculated shipping fee may be higher than the actual cost.
  If the shipping fee appears high, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to provide a revised shipping quote.
  
  
• When purchasing multiple items, shipping costs may also be calculated higher by the system.
  In such cases, please contact us in advance, and we will advise you of the most appropriate shipping cost.
  
  
• For items that may exceed the maximum size limits for EMS delivery (large size or larger), a separate shipping quote is required.

• The displayed shipping fee includes packing and insurance.
  
  
• Customs duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country or region.
  
  
• Please note that some items (such as ivory) are subject to export restrictions under the CITES (Washington Convention) and cannot be exported.

• Please also note that items you inquire about will continue to be available for sale on our website and in-store until a purchase agreement is reached.
  There is a possibility that an item may be sold to another customer during correspondence.

Shipping Information within Japan

Time until product arrival

Please allow approximately one week from the date of order for the product to arrive. After receiving your order, the product will be picked up from the store or warehouse, inspected, packed, and shipped. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during Golden Week and the New Year holidays. For more information, please check the shipping notification email.

About confirming shipping information

If we determine that confirmation is necessary regarding the information you have entered, we may contact you by email or phone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping Fees

We set flat shipping rates for the following categories (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu) according to the size and weight of the product after packaging. Please note that we set separate shipping rates for Okinawa and other islands.

*Shipping costs include consumption tax and packaging fees.
* Please note that items with one side exceeding 200 cm, items with a total of three sides exceeding 260 cm, and items weighing more than 50 kg will be classified as "category: consultation required" and will only be sold for shipping by charter flight or in-store collection, so please enquire before purchasing.

Regarding simultaneous purchase and bundling of multiple products

Due to the nature of the products being one-of-a-kind items with different weights and sizes, we do not ship multiple items together. Also, if you purchase multiple items at the same time, the correct shipping fee may not be displayed. If we are unable to charge you the correct shipping fee due to this, we will charge you separately for shipping, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase each item one by one.

All products can be picked up at the store. If you would like to pick up your purchase at the store , please contact us in advance using the inquiry form .

About international shipping

Delivery areas for regular orders are limited to within Japan. If you would like to ship overseas, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form . Shipping fees may be high depending on the size and weight of the product, as well as the country or region of the destination.
