Returns and Cancellations

If the product you purchased is significantly different from what is shown on the label (in this case, please specify the reason), please contact us by e-mail within one week after receiving the product, stating that you wish to return it.

Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases
-Returns due to customer's reason such as incorrect order.
-Products that have been damaged by the customer, washed, or otherwise damaged from their original condition.
-Products that have been delivered for more than one week after delivery.
